What counts as a minute

  1. Only talk time counts

    Minutes the receptionist spends on your calls, counted by the second.

  2. Spam and short calls are free

    Spam calls and calls under 20 seconds don't count.

  3. Calls it doesn't answer are free

    Calls in message-only mode, or while it's turned off, don't count.

  4. 200 minutes goes a long way

    That's about 65 calls at 3 minutes each.

  5. No surprise bills

    You get a text at 80% and 100% of your minutes.

Going over your minutes

Extra minutes are C$0.25 each, plus GST. You get a text at 80% and at 100% of your minutes, so there are no surprises. A few example months:

What counts as a minute?
Only the time the receptionist spends on your calls, counted by the second. Spam calls and calls under 20 seconds are free. Calls it doesn't answer are free too, like calls in message-only mode or while it's turned off. 200 minutes is about 65 calls at 3 minutes each.
What if I go over?
Extra minutes are C$0.25 each, plus GST. You get a text when you've used 80% of your minutes and another at 100%, so it's never a surprise. For example, 240 minutes in a month is C$59 + 40 × C$0.25 = C$69, plus GST.
Is anything left out of the plan?
No. Every feature is in the one plan: emergencies, booking, texts, the dashboard, invoice drafts and message-only mode.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay month to month and cancel anytime.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is included.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus 5% GST.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Forward your existing number to it, or get a new local 403, 587, 780 or 825 number.
We're a bigger shop. What then?
If you have lots of techs or a lot of calls, talk to us about a custom plan. We'll look at your team and your call volume and put one together.
